We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received damaged items, or the products you received are of poor quality or defective.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day return policy, and we are not responsible for these issues:
The products have been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals may alter the appearance of your OOKK product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas.
The products are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or change their order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that all canceled or modified personalized-item orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee after 24 hours.

How to Return
You may return our products via UPS Express or EMS Express. If it is a full refund, we will cover the shipping cost.
